1. Introduction
Welcome to GreyInk (“Platform”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). GreyInk is an online multi-vendor service marketplace that enables individuals and businesses (“Buyers”) to discover, purchase, and manage services offered by independent professionals (“Sellers”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, or transacting on GreyInk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of the Marketplace
GreyInk operates as a technology-driven intermediary platform and does not itself provide, endorse, or guarantee any services listed by Sellers.
- Sellers act independently and determine service scope, pricing, timelines, and delivery
- GreyInk facilitates listings, order workflows, secure payments, dispute handling, and communication tools
- No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created between GreyInk and Sellers
3. User Eligibility & Accounts
- Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- All activity through a registered account is deemed to be conducted by the account holder
GreyInk reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
4. Listings & Service Content
- Sellers are solely responsible for accuracy, completeness, and legality of listings
- Listings must clearly describe deliverables, timelines, pricing, and limitations
- Misleading, prohibited, or unlawful services are not permitted
GreyInk may review, modify, or remove listings that violate platform policies or applicable laws.
5. Orders & Transactions
Orders are created when a Buyer completes payment for a listed service. Sellers are expected to deliver services as described, and Buyers must provide required inputs in a timely manner.
GreyInk reserves the right to monitor order activity to ensure platform integrity.
6. Payments
All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and UPI systems. GreyInk does not store sensitive payment credentials.
Payments may be held temporarily until service delivery confirmation or dispute resolution. GreyInk may withhold settlements in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
7. Fees & Charges
- GreyInk may charge a platform service fee for facilitating transactions
- All fees, taxes, and applicable charges are transparently disclosed before payment
- Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations
8. Service Delivery & Acceptance
- Sellers must deliver services within the agreed scope and timeframe
- Buyers are encouraged to review delivered services promptly
- If no dispute is raised within the review period, services may be deemed accepted
9. Ratings & Reviews
Buyers may submit ratings and reviews based on genuine service experiences. Reviews must be accurate, factual, and non-abusive.
GreyInk reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate platform standards.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be raised through GreyInk’s official support channels. GreyInk may request information from both parties to facilitate fair resolution.
GreyInk’s role is limited to facilitation and does not guarantee outcomes.
11. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct
- Circumventing platform payment systems
- Posting prohibited or unlawful content
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, or transactions
12. Intellectual Property
- Platform content, branding, and software are the intellectual property of GreyInk
- Sellers retain rights to their own service content unless otherwise agreed
13. Limitation of Liability
- GreyInk is not liable for quality or outcome of Seller services
- Delays, losses, or damages arising from user interactions
- Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
Liability, if any, is limited to platform fees charged for the relevant transaction.
14. Termination
GreyInk may suspend or terminate access without notice in case of policy violations or risk to platform integrity.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to commencement of service delivery. Once delivery has begun, cancellation depends on service progress.

- Service materially deviates from the listed description
- Mutual agreement between Buyer and Seller
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines typically range from 5–7 working days, subject to payment provider policies.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Fully delivered and accepted services
- Buyer dissatisfaction not supported by evidence
- Policy violations
5. Dispute Handling
GreyInk reviews disputes impartially and facilitates resolution based on available information.
